Trips with Ease SL ("vi") driver webbplatsen tripswithease.com och dess spraksubdomaner. Vi ar engagerade i att skydda dina personuppgifter i enlighet med GDPR (EU) 2016/679 och all tillamplig dataskyddslagstiftning.
Vi agerar som en online-marknadsplats och formedlare som forbinder kunder med oberoende turoperatorer pa Balearerna. Vi driver inte turerna sjalva.

Turoperatorer: vi delar relevant information med leverantoren. Betalningshanterare: Stripe och/eller PayPal behandlar din betalning sakert. Vi saljer inte dina personuppgifter till tredje part.

Dina uppgifter behandlas huvudsakligen inom EES. Overforing utanfor EES skyddas av standardavtalsklausuler.

- Booking data: Retained for 5 ar efter turdatumet for juridiska och bokforingsandamal
- Contact messages: Retained for 2 ar efter den senaste kommunikationen
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default)
